Flexibility has to be one of the most underrated components of fitness – we all think about cardio and strength work but often flexibility gets ignored or too little attention.

 

Regular stretching can increase your range of motion, improve sporting performance, release tight muscles, improve circulation and bring about much needed relaxation in the body. And hopefully just makes you feel good!
