All classes are for women and men and designed for Pilates practitioners of all abilities. Janette will offer modifications to suit different needs and, perhaps, challenge you a bit!
New this term - Gentle Pilates (Friday, 11.15am) moving at a slower pace, particularly suited to older adults.
Tues 9.15 & 10.15am; Fri 9.15, 10.15 & 11.15am
