We offer a mix of live, online classes and face-to-face classes throughout the week.
The classes are for women and men and designed for Pilates practitioners of all abilities. Your instructor will offer modifications to suit different needs and, perhaps, challenge you a bit!
ONLINE - Mon, 7pm; Weds, 6.15pm; Tues, Fri & Sat 9.15am
You can choose to pay for and attend just one class or, if you prefer, select one of the Pricing Plans and attend one, three or five classes a week.
FACE-TO-FACE - Tues 10.30am; Fri 10.30 & 11.30am; Weds 7.30 & 8.30pm
