Pilates OnDemand combines two specific channels of content:

A collection of my recorded live classes - suitable for practitioners of all levels
FOCUS
A collection of pre-recorded classes for beginners, advanced practitioners and those of you interested in trying out Pilates with small equipment
Payment -Either pay-per-class or sign up for SilverPlus, GoldPlus or OnDemand Only plans which include access to OnDemand content.
